Just back from a quick mid-winter round of golf down in the mid-south. I'm pleased: I shot a 70. But I didn't do as well on the back nine! Ha!But a two-digit scorecard is not what this sport (?) is all about. Instead, there are two primary reasons we love to golf:
1) It's fun dressing like we're living in the 70's.
2) Where else is it socially accepable to drink beer at 9AM?
It might be time to put together a TechValleyTimes Open Golf Tourney this year. Who's in?
