Althought this lass won't have any problem guiding a Harley or Orange County Chopper up and down the main drag of Ho Chi Minh City, others might not be so lucky.

This in a nation where the average height of males is 5'4" and of women 5'0". Something about it being a qualifier for safety purposes.
I wonder if this will require the deployment of tape measures to the traffic cops?

Wow this is one lame-ass blog. Tech Valley Times can't even keep up with the times, eh? This story was old a week ago -- even then, the government had already decided to forgo the ban.
